Steve Brown is a dynamic and focused security leader with experience of building and leading global high-performance teams, with significant experience in enabling innovation, growth and delivery in global organisations while ensuring secure, safe, and resilient business operations. Steve has spent the last four years working at Johnson Matthey (a UK based multinational chemical and manufacturing company specializing in precious metals) where he is responsible for the delivery of corporate security and resilience. Prior to JM Steve spent seven years at De La Rue (a global commercial passport, banknote, and brand protection manufacturing company) in various roles, culminating in the final years as Group Director of HSSE where he was responsible for physical and cyber security, EHS and resilience.
Before entering the commercial world Steve spent fourteen years serving in the British Army, working extensively across Africa, Balkans, Middle East, and Afghanistan. An executive MBA qualified leader with strong industry credentials including BA Hons (Security and Risk Management, CISM, PSP and a Chartered Security Professional (CySP).
Experience
Malcolm is a South African citizen with over 30 year’s international working experience in security and risk management. He has held several senior management roles in the public and private sectors. Malcolm’s previous roles include Head of Global Security at Sasol; Group Head of Security & Safety Services at Nedbank; CEO of Checkport (Pty) Ltd; Director of MCS Associates; Head of Security Africa for Diageo plc; Regional Security Manager Sub Saharan Africa for Shell; Head of Security at Old Mutual; Security Consultant at Olive Group plc; Unit Head at the National Prosecuting Authority of South Africa; Project Security Manager for G4S Nigeria and Commissioned Officer in the South African Defense Force.

Malcolm is a member of various professional associations such as ASIS International, where he serves as member of the Board of Directors. He is also a member of the Institute of Risk Managers, the Institute of Directors SA and the Institute of Management Consultants.
Education
Malcolm holds a Henley Executive MBA, a (LL.B) Bachelor of Law Degree, Graduate Certificate for Executive Leadership in Information Assurance and an Associate Degree in Security Risk Management.
Godfried Hendriks MBA BSc CPP RSE (Amsterdam, Netherlands, 1963), is active in the field of security and crime prevention since 1989. He specialised in retail security, retail robbery prevention, retail fraud prevention, retail cash management solutions and public private partnerships.
After managing a group of companies, he works as an independent security and management consultant, business & product development executive, trainer, (keynote) speaker and moderator since 2002.
He regularly publishes about the use of technology and innovative crime prevention in retail and public private partnerships. Godfried has presented on these topics and been a participant of expert panels on numerous occasions globally.
He is a member of ASIS International since 1992, active as a volunteer leader since 2002, and has served as the 2020 President of the Global Board of Directors. In 2021, he chaired the Global Board of Directors Nominating Committee, tasked with selecting candidates for the new ASIS International Boards of Directors Europe and North America. Godfried was a member of the organizing committee and session moderator of the ASIS Europe 2022 conference in Prague, and currently advisor of the ASIS International Asia Pacific region.
Michael Frazier is a Director in Snap Inc’s. Global Security Team where he leads the company’s corporate security program. He is an experienced global security manager with extensive experience working on security and risk issues for both private and public organizations.
Prior to joining Snap Inc. in 2019, Michael was a Sr. Security Manager with Amazon Web Services for over five years where he led teams responsible for providing physical and security risk solutions for global datacenter operations Prior to Amazon Web Services, Mr. Frazier was a Vice President at the National Security Training Institute, where he focused on providing security and risk training solutions to clients. Michael’s foray into corporate security and risk management programs initiated in 2007 where he joined Booz Allen Hamilton where he provided security and risk management solutions for five years. Mr. Frazier started his career as a security management professional in 1998 as a member of the United States Air Force for ten years.
Mr. Frazier received his Bachelor’s degree from Park University in 2004 and a MBA from Touro University California in 2006. Since 2007 he has maintained his ASIS certification as a Certified Protection Professional (CPP) and Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute since 2013. Since 2016, Michael actively volunteers at city animal shelters focusing on animal care and adoptions, and is an Advisory Council member of Relief International since 2020.
Upon leaving the Army as a Captain with the Singapore Special Forces, Danny proceeded to develop, advice and train numerous law enforcement agencies and military tactical units around the world with Britam Defense before serving Fortune 500 companies, Government and non-governmental organizations with Olive Group in austere environments on four continents. Danny went on to become Director of Global Risk Assessments at Worldaware International Inc. which provided operational intelligence and enter-prise risk management solutions to 900 of the Fortune 2000 companies, government and non-governmental organi-zations. Danny was also regularly interviewed on major news network like Channel News Asia and The Straits Times. Danny then went on to be-come Regional Director, Global Risk Management for Marriott International Inc. where he handled numerous crisis spanning manmade ones like terrorism attacks to natural disasters like earthquakes to major events like the Olympic Games. Danny was Senior Consultant, Security Monitoring and Response, Asia Pacific, Middle East, and Africa for Mastercard International Inc. before transiting into his current role of Regional Security Officer for Asia Pacific.
Danny currently sits on the advisory council of Harvard Business Review, US-ASEAN Business Council’s Cybersecurity Subcommittee, Counter Terrorism Certification Board, Asia Pacific Analyst Roundtable, Protective Intelligence Network and is also Senior Regional Vice President of Region 13 for ASIS International Asia Pacific.
In his free time, Danny volunteers as an Associate Mediator with Singapore Mediation Centre & Small Claims Tribunals of the Subordinate Courts of Singapore and runs his own micro social initiative organization “Making a Difference”.
Rinske is a multi-award winning, internationally known Business Continuity Management (BCM), Information Security and Risk Management consultant, trainer and speaker.
She was awarded Risk Consultant of the Year by RMIA (2017) and Outstanding Security Consultant Finalist in the OSPAs (2019).
Rinske draws on more than 20 years’ experience gained during roles across Australasia, Africa, South America and Europe.
She has been changing the way organisations ‘plan for the unexpected’. Rinske applies a fresh, energetic, fun, practical, easy-to-apply, innovative approach to processes often perceived as dull and cumbersome.
She holds ISO22301, ISO31000, ISO27001, CBCP, MBCI, ITIL, PRINCE2 and COBIT certifications.
Tracy Reinhold, CSO at Everbridge is responsible for advancing Everbridge’s enterprise-level security strategy, as well as working closely with customers and partners to optimize their organizational approach to managing and responding to critical events.
Reinhold has served in executive leadership roles in security and incident management for some of the world’s largest brands. As CSO at Fannie Mae, Reinhold was responsible for designing and managing the company’s enterprise resilience strategy.
Prior to Fannie Mae, Reinhold served as VP of Global Investigations at Walmart. He created and led a team of global investigators in the United States, Asia, Africa, South America and the UK.
Prior to his commercial roles in security, Reinhold served as a Special Agent with the Federal Bureau of Investigation for twenty-two years. He was a member of the Senior Executive Service, served as Associate Executive Assistant Director for National Security, and led the FBI’s intelligence division.
